On completion of this 2.5-hour online Introduction to Health Coaching, you will understand the key differences between being a fitness instructor and a health coach, as well as key areas of lifestyle change that you can work on with your clients.
You will get a sneak preview into what coaching is all about, how to help clients with healthy eating, stress management, sleep hygiene and substance abuse. You will be ready to succeed in the first Fit face-to-face Health Coach Course in English due to start in October 2020.
