Join the Balanced Body® Apparatus program and become a full Pilates instructor. The Apparatus program involves 48 hours of face-to-face instruction and 150 hours of practice – a combination of self-practice, observation and practice teaching and a written and practical test.
Learn cuing, teaching and safety tips as well as equipment safety and maintenance for the complete repertoire of Trapeze Table, Cadillac, Tower, Pilates Chair and Barrels. This course provides you with a great variety of tools to use when working with your clients and qualifies you to take the Comprehensive Pilates Instructor exam.
