Part I (185 hours): Participants will be physically in class either with the instructor (155 hours), observing (5 hours), assistant teaching (5 hours) or teaching (20 hours).Part II (15 hours): Non-contact or independent study hours may include assigned reading or other homework, non supervised study groups, observing yoga classes, etc.
