Jerrican Tan, MSC, NSCA CSCS-CPT, ACE CPT-MES-HC, NASM CPT-CES, ISSN SNS, is the CEO of Fitness Innovations (Malaysia), home to FITM, FEA, and FEA Academy and also American Council on Exercise (ACE) Master Instructor since 2007 and the brainchild of FEA Certified Fitness Practitioner (CFP). With over 20 years in the fitness industry, he has journeyed from national junior bodybuilding champion to accomplished personal trainer and high-performing fitness team manager, ultimately emerging as a regional leader in fitness education. He co-founded FITM in 2007, Malaysia’s first dedicated fitness professional development centre, and later founded FEA in 2018, an international-standard certification body advancing professional fitness education across Asia. In 2024, he expanded further with FEA Academy in Cambodia and the Maldives, followed by Jakarta in 2025 with many more locations in the pipeline. Jerrican plays an active role in curriculum design, mentoring Edutrainers, and presenting at international conferences. He also advises universities on sports science programs and delivers the body transformation related courses and the FEA Certified Fitness Practitioner
